The RAANC, a Corps of the Australian Army, was established in 1951 from the Royal Australian Army Nursing Service. Its Corps Badge, featuring Pro Humanitate (For Humanity), symbolizes compassion and commitment to those who require medical care. In 1958, approval of the Corps flag was granted.
